Much love and care went into creating & assembling this beautiful original limited edition piece of artwork!
Recovery began its creation as a compilation of photographs including multiple self portraits of the artist as well as the ladder, textures and clouds. These photographs, along were then artfully blended together through digital processes to create the actual imagery. Once the digital image was complete, it was brilliantly transformed into an archival pigment print on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Matte Paper with an Ultrasmooth finish 308gsm weight. The print was coated with a print shield protectant and dry-mounted onto a hand-aged birch wood panel. The edges were then sanded and bevelled to marry the print to the panel. Once the adhesive had cured completely, Yuli applied silver leaf to the edges for a special touch and to bring the viewer’s eye inward. Then it was time for the MAGIC to begin! Yuli then added life & movement to the imagery by creating brushstrokes with acrylic gel medium. It was also during the hand embellishment process & the laying on of hands that Yuli infused healing heart frequencies from her heart into the art.
Although this is a limited edition of 25, each original is as unique as a fingerprint. Price may increase as edition reaches its end.
