The best medicine received through a Sacred Sound Journey is thru the connection with others. Through this journey, you are sharing space as well as sharing of energy. At the end of the journey, I prompt the participants to share what they experienced while on their journey. This opens a safe container for beneficial medicine/wisdom to be shared with your “tribe”. I find this sharing to be the most powerful medicine of the whole experience! People find it is easiest & most comfortable to share with those they love & are close to & in a more personal intimate space. Sacred Sound Journeys
Healing with sound frequency is one of the oldest forms of healing. Our incredible organic bodies are made up of vibrational pieces & parts – from our cells, to our blood, to our organs & our flesh. Each of those pieces & parts has its very own frequency with which it vibes to. When they all form our body, they sing one great song; the unique song of our Self. When we suffer any trauma, stress or dis-ease, part(s) of our being begins to vibrate at a slower rate and becomes in disharmony with the rest of our being – it essentially sings out of tune. Sound Bath meditation/Sacred Sound Journeys can help to bring all of those wonderful parts of you back into tune & humming along on the same sheet of music. To facilitate this experience, I create sounds and music through the use of various percussion instruments, brass Himalayan Bowls & crystal singing bowls tuned to 432Hz for optimum relaxation. 432Hz is the frequency at which the Universe vibrates & is the natural frequency of our Mother Earth/Gaia. Hearing music/sounds of this frequency is especially pleasing to the ear, reduces stress and promotes emotional stability by putting you in sync with the heartbeat of Earth.
