Lost In Unconsciousness: 

A different view of Wormsloe Plantation, Savannah, GA

While standing there in Wormsloe Plantation on the road looking down through the alley of moss covered old live oaks, the hot sun burned its way through the vast canopy; casting dappled and eerie shadows upon the ground… I got the sense of being a glowing orb, full of passion and promise; hovering… moving… gliding slowly through the shadows of the psyche on the path of life.

This original piece of artwork is proofed, dated & signed by the the artist as her birth name, Jennifer Gleason. All future editions will be signed by the artist as Yuli Anun.

Lost In Unconsciousness began its creation as a simple photograph snapped on Yuli’s adventure to Savannah, GA’s Wormsloe Plantation. As she meditated, Spirit guided her to create the digital imagery that emphasized the shadows on the ground and to add the red glowing orb – either a Spirit energy orb or the energy orb/essence of the Self. The original photo underwent a myriad of digital processes in the digital darkroom. Once the digital image was complete, it was brilliantly transformed into an archival pigment print on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Matte Paper with an Ultrasmooth finish 308gsm weight. The print was coated with a print shield protectant and dry-mounted onto a  solid birch wood panel that had been treated with an aging compound for a weathered look. The print edges were then sanded and bevelled to give a slight white border to draw the eye in and to marry the print to the panel. Once the adhesive had cured completely, the MAGIC began! Yuli then added life & movement to the imagery by creating brushstrokes with acrylic gel medium to add a painterly aesthetic. It was also during the hand embellishment process & the laying on of hands that Yuli infused healing heart frequencies from her heart into the art.
